Smell, Touch, and Taste. Discover spices that were influential in the kitchens of different eras and cultures. Curiosities, interesting facts, and historical recipes are combined with culinary tours.
Design
Visitors "travel" into the time and world of spices, immersing themselves in it with all five senses. Three main elements define the design:
1. Transport crates (display cases)
2. Sails & ceiling lights (information)
3. Spice colors (space).
Tasting tables and three-dimensional protagonists divide the journey through the various cultural epochs.
