People are on the move. Cities grow. Landscapes change. History advances. In short: our world is in constant motion. For this reason, the 2019 Lower Austria State Exhibition in two historic venues in the heart of Wiener Neustadt is dedicated to the theme "A World in Motion!"
The Casemates: once a city fortification, now a unique architectural monument. Here, the story of mobility is told. The focus is on Wiener Neustadt and its connections to the surrounding region and the wider world. Multimedia displays, fascinating objects, and remarkable biographies guide visitors on a journey through time—yesterday, today, and tomorrow. How will mobility change our future?
