Capr!z Fine Cheese Dairy
Capriz is a new fine cheese dairy with a shop, bistro, wine cellar, and museum. The Gut group was commissioned to design the cheese world and acted as the point of contact for design-related questions concerning the building, store, and packaging.

DESIGN
The museum visit begins right at the source of the milk, with the goats, which are depicted in a stylized farmhouse setting. The visitor then immerses themselves in the whiteness of the milk, symbolized by curtains. Walking through them, they experience the fascinating process of cheese production. On five screens, the cheese master's assistant reveals his tricks. The dramatically staged aging cellars make you long for good cheese.
